By using ChAIpter ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). ChAIpter claims no intellectual property rights over Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You must not upload content that violates any law or infringes any third-party rights.
The Service includes AI-powered writing assistance features. AI-generated content is provided as a tool and suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before using or publishing it. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. Do not rely on AI output as factually accurate without verification.
Content you submit to the AI features is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We do not train AI models on Your Content.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (d) use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChAIpter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
